The minister, or teaching elder, of the congregation is Rev. Murdo A. N. Macleod. He grew up in Stornoway, on the Island of Lewis and was converted during his teenage years. He was ordained and inducted to the Free Church congregation on the Island of Harris in 1995. He has been the minister of Partick since 2004. Married to Isobel Ann, they have four of a family.
Donald Mackay grew up in the Partick congregation. Converted as a young man, he has served as an elder since 1973. Donald regularly leads the singing in the church. After many years working in industry, Donald is now retired. Donald is married to Betty.
Norman Smith comes from the Island of Lewis, but has lived and worked in Glasgow for many years. Norman serves as session clerk and is also the church officer. He and his wife Cathie Ann were converted during the ministry of Rev. William Macleod.
John N. Gillies was born in Uig on the Island of Lewis and was converted in 1980. He became a member in Partick Free Church in 1988 and an elder in 1991. John works as an accountant in industry and is our Congregational Treasurer.
Our Sabbath school superintendant is Hamish Campbell. Hamish is married to Dene and has four of a family. He was converted under the preaching of the Rev. Alasdair MacDonald, late of Drumchapel Free Church and joined the Crow Road congregation when the Drumchapel church was closed.
